Salami, sage and ricotta pizzas

Try a delicious gourmet salami pizza with creamy ricotta and crispy sage, a recipe from MasterChef Australia contestant Michael Weldon.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pizza bases
  • 200g ricotta
  • 50g grated parmesan
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 100g grated mozzarella
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 100g pkt Oliving Sliced Pizza Salami
  • Ricotta, extra, for topping
  • Parmesan, extra, for topping
  • 20 sage leaves
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 220C. Arrange the pizza bases on baking trays or pizza stones.
  • In a small bowl, mix ricotta, parmesan, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the flavorful ricotta mixture over the pizza bases. Add mozzarella, spring onion, salami, extra ricotta, extra parmesan, and sage on top. Finish off with a drizzle of oil for extra richness.
  • Bake for 7-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the pizza crust is crisp.
