Elevate your lunch with a unique sandwich topping twist.
Ingredients:
  • 6 bagels, split
  • 91.58 gm sundried tomato paste (see note)
  • 100g baby spinach leaves
  • 12 slices hot salami
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Place bagels, cut-side down, on a baking tray and grill until lightly toasted, 1 to 2 minutes per batch if necessary.
  • Place the bagels cut-side up, then generously spread sundried tomato paste on the bases. Layer with spinach, salami, and cheese before enjoying a flavorful bite!
  • Place bagel bases and tops on the grill and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden. Sandwich the halves together and serve.
