Salami and mushroom linguine

Elevate your weeknights with this satisfying salami pasta with broccoli.
Ingredients:
  • 375g linguine
  • 4 slices salami, trimmed, chopped
  • 150g button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 700ml jar tomato pasta sauce
  • 100g broccoli, cut into florets
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 40.40 gm thickened cream
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in salted water following package instructions until tender. Drain and return to the pan.
  • In a hot pan, sauté salami, mushrooms, and garlic until mushrooms are softened. Stir in pasta sauce and broccoli, bring to a boil, then simmer until broccoli is tender.
  • Stir in fresh parsley and rich cream, heating for 1 minute until warm. Combine with pasta, tossing to evenly coat. Enjoy immediately.
