Gather friends, fire up the BBQ, and savor our tasty salmon & veggie kebabs for a perfect summer gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 2 fresh salmon portions, skin off
  • 2 red capsicum
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 lemon
  • 250.00 ml natural yoghurt, to serve
Instructions:
  • Slice the capsicum and zucchini, then cut the salmon into long strips.
  • Preheat the BBQ to medium heat and skewer the ingredients.
  • Grill skewers on BBQ for 4-5 minutes, rotating occasionally. Serve with a side of fresh lemon wedges and creamy natural yogurt.
