Elevate cream cheese spread with poached salmon. Perfect with crackers!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 2 finely chopped green onions
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
  • Gently poach the salmon fillets in simmering water for about 10 minutes or until they are flaky and tender.
  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, salt, hot pepper sauce, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl.
  • Break the salmon into flakes and mix it in. Then, cover and chill in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight before serving.
