Create a luxurious salmon spread by blending canned salmon, cream cheese, green onion, and a hint of smoky flavor. Shape into a ball for an elegant touch and enjoy with crispy crackers.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (7 ounce) can salmon
  • 1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 drop liquid smoke flavoring, or to taste
  • 1.5 tablespoons chopped green onion
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Flake the salmon into a bowl, keeping 1 teaspoon of the salmon liquid. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, liquid smoke, reserved salmon liquid, green onion, and horseradish. Mix this with the flaked salmon and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Optionally shape into a ball and coat with chopped parsley before serving.
