Ingredients:
  • 100g Original Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • Finely grated rind of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tsp finely chopped chives
  • 2 tsp finely chopped dill
  • 4 poppyseed bagels, split, toasted
  • 200g hot-smoked salmon, loosely flaked
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Chopped chives, extra for garnish
  • Chopped dill, extra, for garnish
  • Lemon, extra, for serving
Instructions:
  • Blend the creamy cheese with zesty lemon and fragrant herbs, then generously schmear onto the bagel halves.
  • Layer the salmon and avocado, sprinkle with extra herbs, drizzle with lemon juice, then gently sandwich together. Serve immediately.
