Elevate your party with a smoky salmon cream cheese dip that will impress your guests.
Ingredients:
  • 3 Lebanese cucumbers
  • 250g packet cream cheese, chopped, softened
  • 176.25 gm sour cream
  • 20.00 ml finely grated lemon rind
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 125.00 ml chopped fresh dill
  • 82.50 ml drained baby capers in brine
  • 120g smoked salmon, roughly chopped
  • 4 radishes, trimmed, washed, halved
  • 1 celery stalk, thickly sliced diagonally
  • 8 baby (Dutch) carrots, trimmed, peeled
  • Lavosh crackers, to serve
Instructions:
  • Peel, deseed, and dice 1 cucumber. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, lemon rind, and lemon juice until smooth. Add dill, capers, diced cucumber, and salmon. Gently stir to mix. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
  • While you wait, halve the remaining cucumbers and slice them thickly on a diagonal. Serve the dip alongside radish, celery, sliced cucumber, carrot, and crackers.
