Grilled salmon fillets marinated in tangy soy sauce and white wine blend.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1.25 pounds salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • Mix together melted butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, and white wine in a medium glass bowl until brown sugar dissolves. Set aside a portion for basting and use the rest as a marinade.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a roomy resealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Seal the bag and give it a good shake to coat the salmon evenly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, remembering to turn it over halfway through.
  • Heat the grill to a deliciously warm medium-high temperature.
  • Prepare the grill grate by lightly oiling it. Grill the salmon, discarding the marinade. Cook each side for 3 to 4 minutes until easily flaked with a fork. Baste the salmon with the reserved sauce while grilling.
