Delicious broiled salmon fillets marinated in flavorful teriyaki sauce, a must-try for Asian food enthusiasts.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound salmon fillets, about 3/4 inch thick
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine or orange juice
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions:
  • Peel off and discard the skin from the fish, then cut it into 4 serving pieces. Combine soy sauce, wine, brown sugar, and ginger in a shallow glass or plastic dish. Add the fish, ensuring it's coated on all sides. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, flipping it over once.
  • Preheat broiler. Grease broiler pan rack. Take fish out of marinade and keep marinade. Arrange fish on rack in broiler pan. Brush with reserved marinade. Broil about 4 inches from heat for 5 to 6 minutes until fish flakes easily. Dispose of extra marinade.
