Quick and nutritious salmon wrap for a speedy work lunch option.
Ingredients:
  • 30.00 ml natural yoghurt
  • 6.00 gm tahini
  • 5.30 gm fresh lemon juice
  • 45g wholegrain wrap
  • 20g mixed salad leaves
  • 96g can salmon in spring water, drained, flaked
  • 30g snow peas, shredded
  • 1/4 red capsicum, deseeded, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 carrot, peeled, coarsely grated
Instructions:
  • Mix together yoghurt, creamy tahini, and fresh lemon juice in a small bowl.
  • Spread a luxurious layer of the creamy yogurt mixture on the wrap. Pile on the vibrant salad leaves, flavorful salmon, crisp snow peas, sweet capsicum, and crunchy carrot. Roll it up tightly to lock in all the delicious fillings.
