Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml firmly packed fresh continental parsley leaves
  • 125.00 ml firmly packed fresh basil leaves
  • Small bunch of fresh chives
  • 40.00 ml baby capers
  • 113.75 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • Finely grated rind of 1 lemon
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Finely chop parsley, basil, chives, and baby capers. Combine in a bowl with extra virgin olive oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  • Combine the ingredients by stirring well, then store the delicious salsa covered in the fridge for up to a week.
