Quick and zesty Southwestern dip, with refried beans, salsa, and a squeeze of lime juice. Ready in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ Traditional Refried Beans
  • 1/4 cup thick & chunky salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 medium clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped seeded tomato
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 30 tortilla chips
Instructions:
  • Combine beans, salsa, sour cream, lime juice, cumin, garlic, and salt in a medium bowl, mixing until fully incorporated. Transfer the flavorful mixture to a shallow serving bowl.
  • Evenly distribute the tomato over the bean mixture. Spoon on dollops of the remaining 2 tablespoons of sour cream and sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Enjoy with a side of chips.
