Delicious stovetop salt and vinegar potatoes inspired by classic potato chips.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large potatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup vinegar, or as needed
  • 1 tablespoon butter, or as needed
Instructions:
  • In a pot, cover potatoes with vinegar, bring to a boil, then simmer on medium-low until tender for around 15 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat until sizzling. Add potatoes and stir occasionally until golden and crispy, for about 5-10 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
