Elevate classic white chocolate fudge with Bruce's® Yams Salted Cashew Sweet Potato Fudge - a deliciously surprising and irresistible sweet treat.
Ingredients:
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup Bruce's® Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes in Syrup, drained and mashed
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream, warmed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, warmed
  • 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 0.25 cup smooth cashew butter
  • 0.25 cup chopped salted cashews
Instructions:
  • Coat a 4 x 5-inch glass dish with non-stick baking spray; set it aside.
  • Heat white chocolate chips in a warmed glass bowl in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until melted.
  • Combine melted butter with mashed Bruce's® Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes, cream, vanilla, salt, and nutmeg. Mix briskly and incorporate cashew butter until the mixture is ultra-smooth. Transfer the mixture into the prepared dish and top with chopped cashews, gently pressing them into the fudge.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
