Bake moist pumpkin loaves with aromatic pumpkin pie spice and pumpkin puree batter.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 0.66666668653488 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs, beaten
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a cozy 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
  • In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, pie spice, salt, and baking powder. Stir in pumpkin, oil, and eggs until well blended.
  • Transfer the mixture into loaf pans and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the pans cool for 15 minutes before removing the contents.
