Ingredients:
  • 1.6666669845581 cups evaporated milk
  • 1.5 cups pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together evaporated milk, pumpkin, sugar, eggs, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and cloves until smooth. Pour the batter into an unbaked pie crust.
  • Place the dish in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then, lower the oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake until the filling is fully set, approximately 40 more minutes.
