Sarah's I Want S'more Pretzel Crisps®

No campfire needed for these delicious indoor s'mores made with Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®.
Ingredients:
  • 6 Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®
  • 3 large marshmallows, halved
  • 0.25 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2.25 teaspoons butter
Instructions:
  • Position the oven rack 6 inches below the broiler and preheat the broiler. Line a small pan with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  • Place Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps® neatly on the pan and add a marshmallow half on top of each one.
  • Broil the marshmallows until they are beautifully golden brown, which should take no longer than 1 minute. Then, remove them from the heat and set them aside.
  • Melt chocolate chips and butter together in a double boiler set over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour melted chocolate over the fluffy marshmallows.
