Delicious soup combining pantry staples and fresh ingredients for a satisfying meal.
Instructions:
  • Heat olive oil in a 6-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Crumble sausage into the hot oil and cook until no longer pink. Transfer cooked sausage to a plate using a slotted spoon and set aside.
  • Sauté onions with salt in Dutch oven until translucent, about 4 to 5 minutes. Add kale and cook for another minute until slightly wilted.
  • 1. Stir in minced garlic to release its aromatic flavor. Add diced tomatoes, beans, savory sausage, and flavorful broth; bring to a gentle simmer. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, allowing all the ingredients to meld together beautifully. Serve in 8 bowls and generously sprinkle with cheese on top.
