Indulge in piping hot sausage rolls for the ultimate cozy TV snack.
Ingredients:
  • 3 sheets of ready rolled puff pastry
  • 400g sausage mince
  • 200g pork mince
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 41.60 gm tomato sauce
  • 45.20 gm barbecue sauce
  • 40.00 ml fresh breadcrumbs
  • 20.00 ml flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • milk, for brushing
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 200°C while letting 3 sheets of ready rolled puff pastry thaw to perfection.
  • Combine the sausage mince, pork mince, onion, tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread a sheet of pastry on a flat surface and cut it in half.
  • Place the mince mixture along the center of each pastry half. Fold the pastry over the filling, overlapping the edges, and tuck the join underneath to seal. Cut each filled pastry into 4 short pieces. Arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining pastry.
  • Gently glaze the sausage rolls with a touch of milk. Bake until beautifully golden, about 30 minutes.
