Marinate portobello mushrooms in garlic, balsamic vinegar, and soy for tender, flavorful caps.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup cooking wine
  • 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large portobello mushroom caps
Instructions:
  • Combine cooking wine, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, and garlic in a baking dish. Arrange mushroom caps gills-side up in the dish. Fill cavities with marinade, cover, and let marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Bake mushrooms in the preheated oven for a total of 33 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until tender and juicy.
