Savoury mince

Quick and delicious mince meal, ideal for busy weeknights.
Ingredients:
1 medium brown onion, chopped
2garliccloves, crushed
600g beef mince
20.00 ml plain flour
255.00 gm beef stock
24.40 gm worcestershire sauce
125.00 ml frozen peas
Toasted rye bread, to serve
Instructions:
In a hot frying pan with oil, sauté onions and garlic until onions are soft. Stir in ground meat with a wooden spoon and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
Sprinkle in the flour and cook, stirring, for about a minute. Pour in the stock, season with pepper, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer gently for 10 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Add Worcestershire sauce and peas, and cook for an additional 3 minutes until peas are tender. Serve with toast.
