Irresistible scalloped potatoes with bacon, sour cream, onions, and cheese - perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 8 red potatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.75 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 0.5 cup diced red onion
  • 2 cups shredded American cheese
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Slice potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices with skins on. Cook in a large pot of salted boiling water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let steam dry for a minute before using.
  • Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, bacon, onion, and American cheese in a bowl. Add potato slices and mix well. Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with grated Parmesan cheese before baking.
  • Bake until golden brown and bubbling, about 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
