Try our irresistible fudge pie with pistachios and sea salt for a quick and delicious sweet-salty treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 crust from 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box
  • 1 cup pistachio nuts
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar (not packed)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1/4 cup Gold Medal™ unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla
  • Coarse sea salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and follow the package instructions to place the pie crust in a 9-inch glass pie plate for a One-Crust Filled Pie.
  • Combine nuts, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa, and flour in a large bowl. Mix in eggs until combined. Stir in melted butter and vanilla. Pour mixture into the crust-lined plate.
  • Bake for 35 minutes, or until the center is firm and the crust is beautifully golden brown. Sprinkle with sea salt right out of the oven. Let the pie cool on a rack for 10 minutes if serving warm, or serve at room temperature.
