Sea salt and rosemary sweet potato fries

Make delicious golden sweet-potato fries in just 30 minutes - quick and easy!
Ingredients:
  • 2 large orange sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1cm-thick batons
  • 2.40 gm sea salt flakes
  • 40.00 ml rosemary, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 220C and prepare 2 baking trays with a cozy layer of baking paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix sweet potato, oil, salt, and rosemary together. Add pepper, toss well, then spread evenly onto baking trays.
  • Roast for 20 minutes, turning occasionally and swapping trays halfway through, until golden brown and tender. Serve.
