Vibrant crab and veggie salad with zesty lemon dressing, a former hit from our restaurant salad bar.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 head fresh broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 pound imitation crabmeat, coarsely chopped
  • 0.75 cup light mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1.5 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, white wine vinegar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and chile sauce in a small bowl, whisking until well blended.
  • Combine cabbage, broccoli, bell peppers, and crab in a large bowl. Toss with dressing and refrigerate until ready to serve.
