Sesame and dark chocolate gluten-free muesli bars

Whip up gluten-free chewy sesame dark chocolate muesli bars for a tasty and healthy treat by MasterChef Australia's Courtney Roulston.
Ingredients:
  • 500g pkt Gluten Free Muesli
  • 5.00 gm Brand Ground Cinnamon
  • 35g sesame seeds
  • 15.00 gm gluten-free cornflour
  • 125ml coconut oil
  • 80ml honey
  • 80ml maple syrup
  • 85g gluten-free dark chocolate, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 180C and prepare a 30cm x 20cm slice pan by greasing and lining it with baking paper, ensuring the paper overhangs the sides.
  • In a large bowl, mix together muesli, cinnamon, sesame seeds, and cornflour. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine coconut oil, honey, and maple syrup. Stir for 2-3 minutes until the coconut oil is melted and the mixture is warm. Enjoy the delightful aroma!
  • Combine the warm coconut oil mixture with the muesli mixture and stir until fully mixed. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and crisp. Allow it to cool slightly before refrigerating until completely cooled. Cut into 12 bars.
  • Drizzle the luscious melted chocolate over the muesli bars and let it rest for 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
