Sesame chicken & bok choy noodles

Create a crowd-pleasing meal by pairing crispy chicken strips with a flavorful noodle stir-fry.
Ingredients:
  • 55g (1/3 cup) sesame seeds
  • 500g chicken tenderloins
  • 18.40 gm vegetable oil
  • 150g mushroom noodles (Noodle Delights brand)
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) oyster sauce
  • 1 bunch baby bok choy, trimmed, halved lengthways
Instructions:
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on a plate. Roll chicken in seeds to coat evenly.
  • In a large non-stick frying pan over high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  • Boil the mushroom noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water per package instructions until tender. Drain well, then return the noodles to the pan. Add oyster sauce and bok choy, gently toss for 1-2 minutes until the bok choy wilts slightly.
  • Ladle the noodle mixture into individual bowls and generously top each with the sesame chicken. Enjoy right away.
