Wow your guests with a delicious sesame chicken dip featuring a flavorful soy sauce marinade, peanuts, and cilantro. Easy to prep and make ahead for your next party.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced, divided
  • 4 cups cooked diced chicken breast
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro, divided
  • 0.5 cup salted peanuts, chopped
  • 8 medium green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sweet chile sauce
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, and 2 cloves of garlic. Add cooked chicken and toss to coat well. Refrigerate and let it marinate for 1 hour before serving.
  • In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, 1/4 cup cilantro, the rest of the garlic, and salt, then beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread the creamy dip generously on a large platter, layer marinated chicken on top, then sprinkle with peanuts, green onions, and fresh cilantro. Finish with a generous drizzle of sweet chile sauce. Cover and chill for a minimum of 1 hour before serving.
