Thai chicken meatballs with chilli lime dipping sauce

Skewered meatballs with zesty lime chili dipping sauce - a perfect appetizer!
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 375g packets chicken sausages with lime and spices
  • 75.00 gm sesame seeds
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 65.63 gm lime juice
  • 137.50 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 36.40 gm peanut oil
  • Chopped fresh coriander leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Remove the sausage meat from the casings and form 32 small balls using level tablespoons. Roll the balls in sesame seeds until coated, then place them on a plate. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes, if possible.
  • Mix the coriander, lime juice, and sweet chili sauce in a bowl.
  • 1. In a frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook meatballs in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with a sweet chilli sauce, fresh coriander, and toothpicks.
