Decadent chocolate brownies with milk chocolate chips and crunchy toffee.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 0.66666668653488 cup butter
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toffee baking bits
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch pan with aluminum foil and grease it. Microwave the chocolate and butter together until smooth, stirring occasionally. Allow the mixture to cool.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and vanilla until frothy, then mix in the chocolate mixture. Add the flour and salt, stirring until just combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and toffee pieces. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 28 to 32 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out slightly sticky. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
