Oven-baked shrimp in buttery Worcestershire sauce, perfect for dipping crusty French bread.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
  • 2 pounds uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with foil.
  • Combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, pepper, Cajun seasoning, and Tabasco sauce in a small bowl.
  • After a quick rinse in a colander, gently pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to remove any excess water before transferring them to a spacious bowl.
  • Combine the minced garlic with the shrimp in the bowl. Drizzle the butter sauce over the shrimp and garlic, and gently mix to coat. Transfer the shrimp and sauce to the prepared sheet pan, spreading them out evenly.
  • Bake in the pre-heated oven until the shrimp are vibrant pink (avoid overcooking), approximately 8 minutes. Serve with the pan sauce and French bread for dipping.
