"Whip up a flavorful salmon dish with potatoes and green beans in just 30 minutes!"
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 12 ounces baby gold potatoes,
  • 12 ounces frozen French green beans1 pound salmon filet
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and prepare a rimmed baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  • Combine the steak seasoning, brown sugar, cumin, and coriander in a large bowl. Save half of the seasoning mix in a small bowl for later.
  • Combine potatoes and green beans with the flavorful seasoning in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and mix until evenly coated. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Place the salmon, skin side down, on top of the vegetables on the baking sheet. Gently massage the rest of the seasoning onto the salmon. Bake until the potatoes are soft and the fish can be easily flaked with a fork, approximately 25 minutes.
