Crowd-pleasing sheet-pan grilled cheese with ham, cheese, and pineapple sandwiched between flaky crescent dough.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dough sheet
  • 1/2 lb deli sliced ham
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/3 cup canned pineapple chunks, drained well
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your fresh and beautifully sourced ingredients.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and spread out 1 can of dough by pressing it into an ungreased 13x9-inch cookie sheet.
  • Cover the dough evenly with a layer of ham.
  • Blanket the ham with a generous layer of mozzarella cheese.
  • Distribute pineapple slices evenly on top of the cheese.
  • Place the second sheet of crescent dough on top and gently seal the edges by pressing down.
  • Drizzle crescent dough with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese for a delicious finish.
  • Bake until beautifully golden for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing into 12 delicious pieces.
