Ingredients:
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2.3329999446869 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 0.66670000553131 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch pan by greasing and flouring it. Next, sift together the flour, cocoa, and baking powder, then set aside.
  • Combine margarine and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually add the eggs, mixing well after each addition. Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk, stirring until just combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool.
