Sous vide soft-boiled eggs: delicate yolks, firm whites, flawless results.
Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs
Instructions:
  • Fill a heat-proof container with water and set up your sous vide cooker. Adjust the temperature to 150°F (66°C).
  • Prepare a bowl of ice water to fully submerge the eggs; set aside.
  • Fill a saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Gently add eggs and cook for 5 minutes until whites are set. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 1 minute to halt the cooking process.
  • Gently submerge the eggs in the warm sous vide water and set the timer for 40 minutes.
  • Enjoy right away or store in the refrigerator and reheat for a few minutes using a sous vide machine or by placing the dish in a bowl of hot water.
