Slow cooker shredded beef with savory steak seasoning, cumin, garlic, honey, and a hint of bbq sauce. Deliciously easy!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound rump roast
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.25 cup barbeque sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Place a tender rump roast and water in a slow cooker, cover, and let it cook on High for 5 hours.
  • Shred the roast using two forks after removing it from the slow cooker, discarding any fat.
  • Combine the barbeque sauce, honey, steak seasoning, cumin, onion powder, and garlic powder in the slow cooker. Add the shredded beef and mix well.
  • Slow cook for 1 hour on Low. Rest for 10 minutes before enjoying.
