Ingredients:
  • 40.00 ml white wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 small fresh red chilli, finely chopped
  • 1.20 gm salt
  • White pepper
  • 3 Lebanese cucumbers, halved lengthways, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, halved, thinly sliced
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh coriander
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, garlic, chili, and salt until sugar dissolves. Add white pepper to taste.
  • Combine the cucumber, onion, and coriander and gently mix them together.
