Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon butter, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Whisk together sour cream, flour, eggs, sugar, salt, and baking soda until smooth.
  • Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and lightly coat with butter. Spoon 2 tablespoons of batter onto the griddle, ensuring enough space for spreading. Cook until bubbles appear and burst on the surface, and the bottom is golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown, for 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
