Ingredients:
  • 1 pound thick asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 0.5 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat the smoker to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C) and add wood chips as instructed by the manufacturer.
  • Place the fresh asparagus in a convenient disposable foil pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix everything together until the asparagus is evenly coated.
  • Smoke the pan on the smoker rack for 30 minutes.
