Easy and delicious baked country style ribs - perfect for feeding a crowd and sure to leave everyone wanting more!
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds country style pork ribs
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 0.125 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a roasting pan, lay the ribs. Combine chicken broth, teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then drizzle over the ribs. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and elegantly conceal the roasting pan with a sheet of gleaming aluminum foil.
  • Roast in the oven for around 2 hours, or until the meat is fork-tender and easily falls off the bone. Monitor regularly to prevent spillage and remove excess broth if needed.
