Perfect for entertaining: classic deviled eggs recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 12 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch paprika, or as desired
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, gently place the eggs and cover them with cold salted water. Bring the water to a boil, then remove the pot from the heat. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 15 minutes with the lid on. Drain the hot water and rinse the eggs under cold water until they are cool. Peel and cut the eggs in half lengthwise.
  • First, delicately separate the golden yolks from the whites of the eggs. Then, place the yolks in a bowl and gently mash them. Add mayonnaise, pickle relish, sugar, yellow mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks, mixing until a smooth texture forms. Carefully spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites, then sprinkle with paprika. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
