Whip up fluffy homemade pancakes effortlessly using simple pantry staples!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 egg
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Create a well in the center and pour in milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until smooth.
  • Preheat a lightly oiled griddle or pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form and edges are dry, about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook until browned. Repeat for remaining batter.
