Spicy chicken and tomato wrap - a flavorful fiesta in a tortilla!
Ingredients:
  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar picante sauce
  • 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  • 12 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Dice chicken breasts. Heat oil in a skillet. Cook diced chicken, onion, and garlic powder until chicken is no longer pink, about 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and picante sauce. Simmer until sauce thickens, about 30 minutes. Fill warm tortillas with mixture, cheese, and wrap. Repeat until all the chicken mixture is used.
