Easy one-pan skillet lasagna with Italian sausage, lasagna noodles, and creamy ricotta for a comforting dinner in a snap!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce or meatless spaghetti sauce
  • 8 lasagna noodles
  • 0.5 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese, or more to taste
  • 2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese, or more to taste
  • salt
  • garlic powder, to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the Italian sausage until crumbly, for 5 to 8 minutes. Remove excess grease from the skillet.
  • Combine half of the pasta sauce with the browned sausage, then break the lasagna noodles into smaller pieces and place them on top. Pour the rest of the sauce over the noodles, stir well, cover, and simmer over medium-low heat for about 25 minutes until the noodles are tender.
  • Combine ricotta cheese with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, stirring until the ricotta has melted. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, cover, and let sit until the cheese has melted, approximately 5 minutes.
