Succulent pork chops and potatoes sizzle with Parmesan cheese and onions for an irresistible one-pan dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 pork chops (1/2 inch thick), trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 0.33333334326744 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 3 cubes beef bouillon
  • 0.75 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Dredge pork chops in flour, then place in the skillet. Brown for approximately 4 minutes on each side.
  • Combine Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Sprinkle half of the mixture over the pork chops, layer with potatoes, then sprinkle with the remaining cheese mixture. Top with onion slices.
  • Dissolve beef bouillon cubes in hot water in a small bowl, then mix in the lemon juice. Pour the mixture over the layered pork chops.
  • Cover the skillet and let it simmer for 40 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
