Lighter version of a classic recipe with reduced-fat ingredients, offering a healthier twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 to 2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine the ingredients in a small bowl until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to enhance the flavors. This mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
