Slow-cooked pulled pork with apple cider, cinnamon, and BBQ sauce for extra flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 4 pork tenderloin cutlets
  • 1 cup sparkling apple cider, or more as needed
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle honey barbecue sauce, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Place the pork at the bottom of the slow cooker and generously cover it with cider. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon into the cider, ensuring they mix in well without sticking to the sides of the cooker.
  • Slow cook until the pork effortlessly shreds, for 7 to 12 hours on Low heat.
  • Gently place the pork onto a plate or bowl, ensuring it stays intact in the cider. Use 2 forks to shred the pork, then mix in the barbecue sauce.
