Juicy BBQ pulled chicken made effortlessly in a slow cooker with flavorful seasonings.
Ingredients:
  • 3 large skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon seasoning salt, or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon barbeque seasoning, or to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce
  • 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mesquite-flavored liquid smoke
Instructions:
  • Coat the slow cooker with nonstick spray.
  • Rub the chicken with a mixture of smoked paprika, seasoning salt, barbecue seasoning, and pepper, then transfer it to the slow cooker.
  • Combine the barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke in a small bowl. Drizzle the mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is fully coated.
  • Cook the meat covered until it can be easily shredded with a fork, approximately 6 hours on Low or 4 hours on High.
  • Take out the chicken and shred it using a fork. Return the shredded chicken to the cooker and thoroughly combine it with the barbecue sauce.
  • Allow the dish to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
