Slow cooker meatball and kielbasa drenched in flavorful sauce for a delightful appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package kielbasa sausage
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar grape jelly
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup cornflakes cereal, crushed
Instructions:
  • Fill a large pot with lightly-salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Add kielbasa and cook until hot, about 8 to 10 minutes; drain and cut into bite-sized pieces. Transfer kielbasa to a slow cooker and mix in salsa, grape jelly, water, and lemon juice.
  • Combine beaten eggs, onion, ground beef, salt, pepper, and crushed cornflakes in a mixing bowl. Use your hands to blend everything together evenly. Shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls and transfer them to the slow cooker.
  • Cook the meatballs on High in the slow cooker until they are cooked through and no longer pink in the center, approximately 1 hour.
